Ilderadus is a milanese, really
existed, who tells his pilgrimage to Rome in 1299, when
he was young.
The Middle Ages are descripted in a
real way.The journey is a spiritual initiation, in
which Ilderadus must win some evil spirits too. The

stylistic features and of contemporary compositive
